By signing up as a client and using Maple Leaf Logo you are agreeing to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions of this document. Read this carefully.
1. Maple Leaf Logo Services Summary
(a) Maple Leaf Logo is an online business that provides companies and individuals with design services including logos, brochures, business cards, internet advertising and more.
(b) Customer Accounts
When ordering from Maple Leaf Logo, customers must pay in full and in advance via credit card through our website, using a valid credit card with the correct billing address. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any moment, but these extra charges will not apply to current design projects.
2. Creative Services
(a) Necessary Inclusions
After choosing a design package that you would like to buy you must supply us with the following things:
- A credit card payment for the complete price of the service that you’ve chosen.
- You must complete a design brief, including any text or images that you would like us to use.
- If you have chosen a website design package, you must provide Maple Leaf Logo with your hostname, domain name and your username and password that you’ve created for your new website.
(b) Design concepts and revisions.
Our design team will use every resource to give you the best design for the package that you’ve chosen. After filling out a design brief our team will gather your input to create design concepts, after which you may utilize the amount of revision rounds that your package provides. Once you finish your revision rounds you’ll be provided with your final design in multiple file formats (if applicable). If you have ordered a website it may take an additional day or two to code the website, after which you’ll receive the final product.
(c) Use of Stock Images.
Maple Leaf Logo occasionally uses royalty free photographs and images to provide you with a more functional and visually appealing site. If you would like to use your own images you must provide them for us.
(d) Color Accuracy of Design Projects.
Maple Leaf Logo is a design service and not a printing service. For projects that must be printed yourself, Maple Leaf Logo cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of your printing company. Please speak with your local printer to ensure that the colors of your design are accurately displayed.
(e) Refunds.
In order to create a design it takes a large amount of time, money and employee pay by Maple Leaf Logo. We offer a Guarantee which clearly states the fees that will be charged to your credit card should you decide to receive a refund.
